Thermal imaging is used to find hidden mold from water intrusion. The dark blue shows cooler temperature in the ceiling of this bathroom. After it was detected a moisture meter was used to justify wet drywall. Mold can form within 48 hrs and this damage was not visible to the naked eye. Mold Remediation may be needed depending on the length of time the water sat.
